Nose of cooling dark fruit with hints of dried fruit, caramel, graphite/smoke, and earth. Light in the mouth with medium body, acid, and slightly fuzzy tannins in the mid-palate with flavors of dark fruit (black cherry, black currant) and hints of coffee. Lingering finish of slightly bitter leather and earth or herb and a bit of fruit. Body medium, acid medium plus, tannin medium. Off dry to dry.

Deliver currant, toasty oak and coffee aromas and flavors. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a lot of rich fruit. Very polished and attractive. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Best after 2012. 5,265 cases made.
