Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

A fruity red, with some cedar, new wood and ripe fruit character. Medium body, with velvety tannins and a clean finish. I like the modern style to this. I think it will come together for drinking quickly. Decant and pour. James Suckling. A Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont in Italy. 2006 Azelia Barolo Bricco Fiasco 750ml
