This rich red wine is full of blackberries, smoke, fresh tobacco, and violet. Intense with present but approachable tannins, it is ideal with grilled meats or mature cheeses. Made in the area of Montepulciano, located 75 miles southeast of the city of Florence, this accomplished and complex wine is based on Prugnolo Gentile, the local Sangiovese clone.

Grape varieties: Prugnolo Gentile, Canaiolo Nero, Mammolino Vino Nobile is garnet red in color; its bouquet is delicate and intense, with a slight scent of violet; the taste is dry with a hint of tannin. This wine is ideal with roast and grilled meat, game and mature cheeses.

Consistent producer of good vino nobile. Smoky and herbaceous on the nose with a very neutral taste. Pairs well with meat and mushrooms.
