Extremely fresh and vibrant. Oily and tart with an essence of lemon rinds. Reminds me a lot of an albarino. This is clearly a food wine that went great with yellow thai curry chicken and dumplings. Alone this wine is just average but torrontes is generally a food one that goes great with spicy thai food.
