- For the price you can't beat the taste. Its a mouthful when you first drink it and may be a little heavy at first but the blend of fruit and bitterness finishes off the wine nicely. I enjoyed most of it while I was cooking and had little left over for dinner. I'm definitely buying a few more bottles.

- This is a wine that is served at the "Red Lion" pub in Houston, TX. It's a decent red, but I strongly urge you to let it breathe! If you do not, your first glass might taste more bitter than you would prefer. I have a glass of it once a week to sip while I talk with my friends at the pub, and therefore associate it with good conversation. I am a fan, but the cherry seems to make it a little to fruity and mask the subtle oak flavor.
