According to the Wine Advocate: Fadat s 2007 Le Carignan (due to have been bottled in March) displays attractively concentrated, juicy, and invigorating blackberry and mulberry, with overtones of game and savory, saline finishing notes in its palate-staining finish. This wine nearly always needs time in air to shed a certain inherent reductive cast and should then be worth holding for at least 5-7 years.
