Medium amber-gold hue. Markedly peaty on the nose with a distinctive smoky, toffee element. Moderately full-bodied with peat-rich flavors and a mineral presence that fills the palate and lingers well onto the finish. Very mellow in character. (tasted on 01/27/1999)

Winemaker's Notes:

This warmly embraces the noise with perfumes of vanilla and lemon grass. The body is oily and light but soft. The palate graps zest of lemon and marshmallow. The finish is long and soft with lemon grass and faint ginger.
