Cool climate Cali Pinot white blend from Santa Barbara County. Winemaker Jim Clenenden's inspiration has always been Burgundy in both his red and white wines; his efforts are internationally recognized. Here, a fuller bodied wine matured in neutral oak with soft, promising texture, ripe Bosc pear aromas and flavors. Ideal for those who love full bodied New World wines, but don't love oak vanillin. A definite chardonnay substitute, pair with chicken or rabbit, cooked any which way.
