Au Bon Climat Chardonnay Santa Maria Valley for le Du's Wines Bien Nacido Vineyard 2004

Member Review by colinrchorley:

Had this as part of a tasting menu at Fifteen in London. Thought it was one of the best whites I've ever had. Tracked it down from Berry Brothers, bought a few bottles and tried it now for the first time since (2 years ago) and to be quite honest, it wasn't as good as my memory had it. Much sharper than I had remembered and less buttery too. Still not bad but could have been more.
