Delicate nose of hay and peaches. Soft attack, yet a lot of crisp acidity behind that. The fine mousse of bubbles and the acidity keep it lively. There's a nice floral character on the mid palate - the riesling and gewurtz dominate this part. The finish is refreshingly tart, and long with flavors of green apples.

Light nose. Lively peach notes with good acidity. Soft mid-palette. Not bad. This wine has some decent minerality, some yeast, and some pleasant earthiness. Short finish. Tasted at the winery.
