The notes I got with this shipment from 4seasons wine club said that it may seem a little heavier than a normal Pinot Grigio but I found the opposite. This is much lighter than a typical Italian pinot grigio and is quite drinkable. I served it with a Thai shrimp, calimari and bay scallops dish and my wife and daughter though it was just right. In fact it was so just write, we finished two bottles, one with the dinner and one afterwards watching Dancing with the Stars.
