Artazuri Rose Artadi Navarra 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

An outstandingly refreshing rosé made from this mightily impressive
estate, watched over by the careful eye of Juan Carlos Lopez De Lacalle, the
magus of Artadi. The Garnacha is naturally exuberant and richly fruity; this
was ever thus; it impresses with its grip, structure and length. The red fruits
are allied to gentle notes of mandarin, spice and pepper. A really excellent
rosé, promising much, delivering more.
(Simon Field MW, BBR Buyer)

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
