- I began following the incredible wines of the young Arnaud Ente, based on a tip from a well-placed friend, shortly after he began making wine in 1992. The Domaine is quite small at only 4.3 ha and there is only 1 ha planted to the production of reds. While he is better known for his superb whites, he also does a fine job with the limited range of reds he makes and I urge readers to try the wines in either color. As an aside, Arnaud's brother Benoit set-up shop in Puligny-Montrachet in 1999 with 2.5 ha of leased vines.
