Armenian Pomegranate Wine NV

Member Review by zygmuntsmw:

As if grape wine isn't good enough, I can go into the Armenian shops in Nevada and California to find pomegranate wines. Like most fruit wines, retains all the flavor of the original fruit, brings out its regional character, and abolishes all the excess sugars. However, unfermented pomegranate juice isn't overwhelmingly sweet and still tastes pretty good. Grape juice on the other hand comes from Jolly Rancher tasting concord varietals and quickly disrupts the stomach after just a glass or two. So as heavenly as pomegranate wine is, I have greater need of grape fermentation.
