Slightly corked bottle, but there was still a bright cherry fruit nose with some chemical notes. For a 20 year old wine there was a lot of acidity with a bit of tar and a floral note.

my bottle was unfortunately slightly corked so it was not as enjoyable as it could be. The nose was musty, wet wool with a little licorice towards the back with dried cherry red fruit and plum components. The palate is acidic, sour cherry, dried tea leaves with a simple flat finish (b/c it was corked)

Sharpie on the nose. Bright and tart with a bit of a chemical finish. Very dry.

Slightly corked, so I'm not giving it a rating. However, it was slightly corked, so much of the wines character shone through: licorice and black cherry fruits upfront - very fruity.
