Ariel Chardonnay Non-Alcoholic 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

Tropical fruit aromas. Buttery apple and butterscotch characteristics, combined with a toasty French oak bouquet, and should continue to develop complexity as it ages. njoy with richer seafood, veal, duck and cream pasta dishes.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

supposedly this wine won some Gold Medal in a contest against full alcohol wines....I don't know what it was compared to but this was horrible. The only thing I can compare it to is watered down, vinegared, Kool-ade.... Ugh..

Yuck....this is the nastiest Pina Colada mix I have ever tasted in my life....and I have been a bartender for over 20 years. Left a terrible after taste in all of our mouths. I have traveled all over the tropics and have never tasted a Pina Colada as nasty as these. Go with "Bacardi frozen mixers" in your grocery store's freezer section. Now that is the best tasting Colada mix you will ever have....I guarantee it.

The alcohol is carefully removed, but only once the beer has fully matured so it locks in the famous Bitburger taste and at the same time it reduces. The full fermentation process means that Bitburger Drive can be tapped straight from the keg, unlike most other beers. And because it is fully fermented, there's no need for it to be pasteurised, giving it a fresh taste.
