Winemaker's Notes:

This unapologetically creative Chardonnay was crafted with a unique blend of different yeasts, including native yeasts to build a rich complexity that will be difficult to duplicate again. Carefully fermented in steel, followed by a secondary malolactic fermentation to settle tannins into a soft, buttery character, this bold, oaked Chardonnay was aged in a collection of both new and neutral French oak barrels for 12 months.

With tempting aromas, layers of ample flavors, and structured tannins, this Chardonnay captures the rugged beauty of the desert where it's made.
