The 2006 Brut is a blend of 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir. Medium straw-colored, it has a classy nose of mineral, biscuit, apple, and baking spices. Crisp, bright, and creamy-textured, this superb sparkling wine begs the question, why buy Champagne?
Though sparkling wine production is but a small part of this large wineryrsquo;s output, it is what appears to impassion winemaker (and co-owner) Rollin Soles the most. The powerful aromas of the 2000 Brut reveal flowers and almonds. Medium-bodied, this fine value displays flavors of candied green apples, white flowers, and nuts in a focused, bright style. Drink it over the next 2 years.

Apple and asian pear aromas with lovely fruit on the palate and just the right amount of bubbles. Drink this as an apéritif, with just a light chill if you like your wines on the more fruit-forward side.
Ripe and vibrant, creamy in texture, with a sweet vanilla edge to the pear and citrus flavors, rather like delicately carbonated still wine, finishing long. Reminiscent of some domaine-bottled Champagnes. Drink now.
Subtle style has a burst of aromatics, offering grapefruit, apple, baked-bread and sweet spices, becoming gentler in the mouth, finishing with a bright level of acidity.
