Made from 100% Vermentino grown in the Costamolino vineyard, located 625 feet above sea level. The grapes are harvested in September and vinified in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Costamolino is straw yellow in color with green highlights and an intense yet delicate bouquet that displays distinct varietal characteristics. On the palate it is delicate and pleasantly refreshing.
