- Excellent! Would have put this up against some of the finer lighter Italian wines ($30 range). I would keep this wine on hand anytime people came around. It's a great value and the taste is amazing. It's very subtle, doesn't need food pairing, but works well with almost anything. It's not super complex, but has a silkiness most wines in this price point can't put forth. Lot of vegetal notes and pepper, and fruity/berries. QPR 88pts
