This is made from the Cannonau grape, better known as Grenache in most of the world. This is a rich wine that tastes of Southern Italy: let its leather and dark-berried fruit swirl onto your palate and you'll be transported. The tannins are just right and mildly spiced with aromas of nutmeg.

Beautiful Wine. Cooked raspberry, golden raisin, allspice, dark fruits, and pepper on the nose, with apple peel, unripe pear, leather, a hint of wildflowers, and luscious earthy tones in the mouth. Very long finish with well-structured tannins and just enough acidity. Definitely a great wine, especially for the price.
