Aresti Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2005

This, for me, is cooking wine, and nothing better. Opened second bottle and I wouldn't even give it a "Shiraz-like" description, which I gave the first bottle...everything was just out of whack, so it's going in a pan for a reduction or something like that.
