The 2004 Ardales Noble Organic is 100% organically farmed Tempranillo aged 4 months in new French oak. Medium ruby in color, it offers toasty red and blue fruits on the nose. The wine has moderate concentration, light tannin, and medium length. It can be enjoyed over the next 2-3 years.

Bright ruby. Redcurrant and strawberry on the nose. Light-bodied, faintly bitter red fruit flavors betray no rough edges or tannins and finish with good mineral snap and lingering sweetness.
