- The rich dark Burgundy color of the Archery Summit Estate Pinot Noir leads to complex aromas of cassis, black cherries, ripe raspberries, minerals, exotic spices, oak and the classic Oregonian Pinot Noir element of clean earth. The wide mid-palate is supported by deep fruit while ripe tannins pull the wine to an extremely long finish. This wine will grow even more graceful with extended cellaring for at least ten to fifteen years and is destined to become a necessity for serious collectors.
