Arca Nova White 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

The Vinho Verde region is located in the very North West of Portugal. The name can be translated to “green wine” - not because of its colour but because the region is very green. The resulting wines are low in alcohol, light with a very refreshing acidity. The Quinta das Arcas vineyard has 30ha of 20 years old vines of Loureiro, Trajadura and Pedernã grapes. Under the influence of a very particular microclimate, full flavoured wines are made using the most recent technology. This fruity, smooth and easy drinking wine was awarded a Bronze Medal by Decanter in 2009.
