Percentage Grape: 100% Gamay<br/><br/>Soil: Granit and sandy soil, slightly clayey East - South East exposure Altitude 350 m Average age of the vines : 40 years. Moderate yield of 50 hectolitres per hectare. The gobelet method is utilized on the vines (planted at a density of 10 000 vines per hectare). The vines are plowed each year and grown without any weed-killer or pesticide.<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: The grapes are hand harvested in whole bunches and are then carefully selected and sorted.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: During the approximate 10 day fermentation process traditional Beaujolais methods are utilized including semi carbonic maceration with strict temperature controls to preserve the quality and fruitiness of the wine.<br/><br/>Alcohol Percentage: 12.5 %
