Very nice wine with plenty of berry on the nose. with a smooth finish. Tastes of berry and vanilla as it goes down. Nice medium bodied wine. Great for pasta or something like herb chicken or pork loin. Paired nicely with the stuffed pasta shells for dinner. If you can get it for under 15.00 its a nice buy.

You have to give Antinori some credit, it's not often you find a mass producer who is still able to produce an above average quality ... but to call it spectacular? no, there are plenty of other wines from all regions, including Tuscany, that offer much more excitement.

Farbe: intensives Rubinrot mit granatroten Nuancen. Die Nase bereits sehr nobel, mit Noten von roten Kirschen, Cassis, leichten Grasaromen, Moos, neuem Holz und weissem Pfeffer vom Syrah. Im Gaumen recht voll, weiche Tannine, feingliedrige Struktur mit viel Schmelz und ausgezeichneter Balance. Aromatisch, kräftig und feurig der Nachgeschmack.
