Bruciato 2008 is well-defined and fresh in the nose, with aromas of red fruit followed by more complex notes of sweet spices and hints of menthol. The palate is soft, with wonderfully silky tannins; offering very fragrant and delicate hints of fruit which give it beautiful flavor and a long finish.

Best Guado al Tasso ever. Wonderful nose of crushed blackberries and cherries with hints of dark chocolate. Full-bodied, with soft and round tannins and a long, long finish. It goes on for minutes. Now just a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and C... James Suckling. A Proprietary Blend wine from Tuscany in Italy. 2009 Antinori Guado al Tasso Bolgheri 750ml

Winemaker's Notes:

"A gorgeous entry-level red from Antinori’s Bolgheri property. Black cherries, espresso, grilled herbs, crushed rocks and spices are some of the notes that emerge from this generous, expressive wine. Il Bruciato is Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. A clean, saline finish makes it impossible to resist a second taste. This shows tons of regional character, not to mention terrific personality." - Wine Advocate
