70% Trebbiano and Malvasia, 30% Chardonnay toscano, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio. Pale straw-yellow in colour with intense aromas of white flowers on the nose and a fresh, soft and nicely lingering palate. Villa Antinori Website

From the venerable Chianti producer comes this appealing Tuscan white. Straw-yellow in color, it tantalizes with flavors of citrus and apple with mineral accents in a light to medium body. These elements collaborate in a clean, bright finish that is long and lingering. Pasta or chicken with cream sauce would be perfect matches.
