This wonderful Primitivo is obtained from the omonimous root-stock, cultivated for centuries in the rich and fertile land of Salento. The high quality of the best grapes gives the wine special and elegantly refined characteristics topped by an appropriate aging in little oak barrels. With its ruby color and a distinctive, fragrant and spicy bouquet ands its warm, harmonious and pleasantly tannic taste, is appropriated with rosat red meats, game and mature cheeses. Open an hour in advanced to taste and serve at 20°C.
