Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Delicate floral aromas and a combination of ripe pineapple and melon flavors are just part of the package with this exemplary wine from Anthony Road, which has a talent for making approachable Rieslings. Though the wine has a slightly sweet nature, therersquo;s ample acidity to keep it from falling flat on the palate.

Really solid, with good medium-weight feel and concentration to the pear, fig and lime flavors. Therersquo;s a nice lingering hint of anise on the finish. Drink now.

Broad and forward, with quince, dried pineapple and green almond notes followed by a rich, creamy finish. Drink now.

Quite juicy, with a lovely mix of yellow and green apple fruit laced with anise and floral notes. The long finish has nice definition. Drink now through 2010. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

Definitely sweet, but with enough fresh acidity to carry the intense, apricot-infused palate and finish up with lingering notes of quince, lime and peach. Perfect for Pad Thai.

Off-dry, with tasty, lively peach, banana and pineapple notes that stay focused on the lemon pound cake-tinged finish. Very friendly. Drink now.
