It is fresh on the palate with mouth-filling white fruit flavor (apricots, pears and figs), refreshing acidity and a long fruit finish. Perfect on its own or with turkey, salmon (and other heavier seafoods), and goat cheeses.Pair With: Aperitif, Cakes, Goat Cheese, Salmon, Seafood, Tarts, Thai Food, Turkey (hide)
