Winemaker's Notes:

Soil: Granite Weather: Very damp and wet Colour: Bright lemon yellow core Aroma: Pronounced youthful aromas of pine, lime, bay leaf and mineral. Very complex. Taste: Dry, balanced acidity and medium body. Very ripe and round notes of cilantro, lime, ginger, white cranberry, shale and bayleaf. Final Notes: This wine finishes with a long pleasant splash of minerality. Gastronomy: Pairs well with fish or sea food. Note: A very good quality wine displaying plenty of character and structure. Very evolving with many layers and textures. Very rich and round yet not cloying. It is a power yet delicate wine.
