External Reviews for Anselmi Capitel Croce
A sweet wine made in the Venento that features the native variety, Garganega.
Rich spun gold hue. The nose bursts forth with a fountain of apricot tart, biscotti, glazed quince and plump golden raisin aromatics. Beautifully viscous it coats and permeates the palate with golden delicious apple, dried apricot, candied tangerine peel and a perfect dose of uplifting acidity. The finish is long and tapered and hints at shortbread, pastry crust and marzipan custard.
