- I enjoyed this wine. I needed to let it breathe for about 30 minutes before drinking, but it ended up being a very good Cab. I thought it had a nice berry flavor, but not overpowering. The initial taste was a bit sharp, but had a nice even finish. I would definitely buy this again.

- This vineyard sits atop a slight ridge with the cool aspect allowing long continuous ripening throughout the growing season. The vines are trellised to a single fruiting wire with a cordon pruned to allow balance in the vine's vigour. The low crop levels in this single vineyard produce intensely aromatic grapes. Rich purple with inky hues, this wine loudly proclaims both its variety and region. Aromas of blackcurrant, mint and sandalwood are followed on the palate with typical eucalyptus and rich berry flavors and a mouth filling structure. This wine will reward the patient with cellar read more...potential for many years. Enjoy with a prime Sirloin Steak with grilled vegetables or your favorite hearty pasta dish. (hide)
