- This is one of the most outstanding examples of Cabernet Sauvignon yet released by Andrew Harris Vineyards. The aroma is typically minty Cabernet with layers of French oak that adds to the complexity. Soft rich cabernet flavours fill the mouth giving good persistence. The maturation in French oak barrels has added further complexing elements so that the palate is well structured and will be rewarding for many years.
