Winemakers Notes

This wine has great color intensity with purplish tones and is full bodied and complex. It exhibits aromas of ripe red fruits and spices with flavors of red fruit, spice, and anise and notes of vanilla and chocolate that complement the rounded tannins.

After selecting the very best grape bunches, the grapes underwent a destemming process before being moved to stainless steel tanks. Following a 25% drawing off process, a pre-fermentative maceration process was performed at a very low temperature.
