Vintage: 2007

This is one of the best white blend that I have tasted in a while. It has a rich nose that reflects the grape varietals. The mouth is crisp and well balanced. It was paired with Pistachio Almond Chocolate ,but I could have enjoyed it more with spicy fried goat. Look forward to my review on how that goes.
