- The region of Central Otago region is located on the south island of New Zealands two main islands. The cool climate entirely influences the intensity of the fruit. This is incredibly herb driven with white peppercorn and citrus fruit on the palate. The fruit is concentrated, clearly of the New World, but with some mineral influences to add elegance.
