Amici Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2007
The 2007 Amici Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from several excellent vineyards in the Napa Valley. We hand-selected the highest quality grapes from valley floor vineyards on Zinfandel Lane in St. Helena and Maple Lane in Calistoga, and blended them with the finest grapes from high on Spring Mountain. The result is a beautifully balanced wine with the hallmarks of its origins: lush fruit of valley floor vineyards, framed by firm but supple hillside tannins.
Founded in 1991 by a group of friends who wanted to create fine wine for their own cellars, Amici Cellars soon became a nationally recognized label of superior quality wine. We focus on small production, artfully crafted wines to share with friends.
This Cab is for those who want a rich and complex red but with very soft tannins uncharacteristic of Cab. However, a veteran cab drinker would not feel put off either. A nice balance of bold and smooth.
