Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina Rubentis 2011
Very interesting Greek rose, made from Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grape varieties. Nice salmon pink color. There's crushed bing cherry on the nose. On the palate is some lemon lime citrus, bright red cherry, a touch of strawberry, nice acidity and a medium finish. There are no significant bubbles present but there is a touch of CO2 here.
Three and a half glasses
I love this rosé -- luscious strawberry aroma, beautiful acidity, and dry and fruity on the palate. YUM.
scent is spicy and a bit flowery has a tart start, toasty mid, and a lemon finish
Tasted at the Wine Century annual dinner: Strawberries, soft some acids. A tad bitter. Softly sparkling, frizzante basically. Awkward finish.
Crisp and effervescent. A fantastic warm weather change from typical french rose.

A Proprietary Blend wine from Pais Vasco in Spain. 2011 Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina Rubentis 750ml
This is truly thirst quenching rosé. A Txakoli rosé, you say? Why yes. Made from the same grapes as Txakoli in the tiny Basque region, this wine shows bright acidity, with hints of rose petals, red candied fruits and fresh strawberries.
