This is an elegant sparkling wine with a light yellow-green color and elegant bubblies with intensity and duration. On the nose there are distinct aromas of roses and honey, with a touch of yeast in the background. The taste is particularly fresh and pleasant, with long after –taste.
Editorial Reviews for Amalia Brut
Dusty sawdust aromas of peach and melon with a touch of lemon. Very zesty in the mouth with loads of fruit flavor of melon, butter and toasted yeast. Nicely mellow and soft towards the mid palate showing a touch of papaya and mango on the finish.
Notes: WINE AND WINE-MAKING: The classic Champenois method is folloed, with the second fermentantion happening inside the bottle. Base wine is characterized by a relatively high acidity and the soft aromas of the varietal.
