One of the great discoveries of the year for me, I canÍt speak highly enough of it. Walnut, Spanish peanut, a richness lying just underneath the surface here. An intoxicating aroma of vanilla bean, Danish triple cream, caramel, and flaky phyllo crust in a dry, but oxidatively rich and textural way.
