AltroVino is vinified in cement vats with a rather short maceration at controlled temperatures. Even after racking, this wine is stored and aged in vats of cement. The vineyard at Due Mani are harvested with no chemicals, and all work is done by hand trying to stimulate the energy of the soil and plants. This enables the forces of its elements for fruits that are full of vitality and deeply nourishing.
