The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) displays a firm dry Bordeaux-like structure deep concentrated plum anise and black currant flavors. The abundant fruit is accompanied by lots of structure in this earthy full-bodied well-built muscular Cabernet. Forget it for several years and drink it over the following two decades. - Robert Parker Robert Parkers Wine Advocate.

A wine with softer, more integrated tannins, which carry fruit and oak nuances through to the palate. The wine is racked into 70% new French oak barrels for a period of 34 months. The wine is lightly filtered and then bottled.

Offers a racy aroma, but tames quickly, with a dill-tinged edge to the tiers of dark berry, mocha, raspberry and subtle earth, gaining depth and maintaining persistence on the finish. Best from 2014 through 2027.
