Alsace Willm Riesling 2011
Editorial Reviews for Alsace Willm Riesling
Smelling a bit sweet and tense this offers up cool aromas of chalk, sweet pink grapefruit and meyer lemon, green tea and a hint of fennel. Entering the mouth with such a light and well balanced feel, this opens on the palate with hints of creamy apples, lemon curd and lime leaf layered over a subtle earthy cast. the acidity pops on the backend adding nervous energy to the mouth and adds detail to the precise citrus and tart apple flavors on the long and slightly salty finish. 89pts
