Stone fruit peach aromas a little oak, toast, and some apricot. Nice palate even with some earth. Teeny touch of residual sugar with good acid. As continued to eat it with my dish, it got milkier, oakier, smell and tasting more like a chardonnay. And then later when I went back to drink it on its own again, I retrieved the stone fruit, floral, aromatic characteristics again. Really cool different wine.
