A bit closed at first but showing tart Cherry, toast, spices and cedar box. The palate was full with dark cherry that’s round, sweet and expansive on the mid-palate but carried by a nice sharp acidity
Apparently I liked it even better the second time! Fantastic, silky cab! - Tasted at winery 4/18/10
Jean worked at Lynch-Bages. 'nuff said. Outstanding wine.
Some earth on the nose at first, reserved fruit tones. On the palate, it has a deep, elegantly rich feel. Lush black and red fruit fill the mouth. Ripe and well balanced wine that lingers beautifully.
