Nice light golden color. Good fruity nose. Very smooth. First sip is quite pleasing. Almost a slight effervescent sense to it. Smooth and easy on the tongue, not too harsh or biting. Transitions quite nicely into a subtle finish. Not to acidic, not to harsh. The flavors could last a bit longer in the end, it all disappears rather quickly; really, the only thing I didn't like. Good wine.

Winemaker's Notes:

Brilliant, straw yellow color with a green shimmer. Quit pronounced and expressive aroma, with flowery and somewhat spicy notes. Rich flavored in the mouth, buttery, with a slight smokiness at the back and a good, fresh finish. When properly cellared, this wine will drink well for 3 to 5 years. Suggested Food: Starters (both fish or meat), patés and terrines, fish and shellfish, poultry, white meat and mushrooms.
