Brilliant, straw yellow color with a green shimmer. Quit pronounced and expressive aroma, with flowery and somewhat spicy notes. Rich flavored in the mouth, buttery, with a slight smokiness at the back and a good, fresh finish. When properly cellared, this wine will drink well for 3 to 5 years. Suggested Food: Starters (both fish or meat), patés and terrines, fish and shellfish, poultry, white meat and mushrooms.
